How Arkan Direct works
- Send the details
- We confirm with you and agree on marketing in writing
- We inspect and shoot photos and video
- We publish it labelled "Direct from the owner · marketed by Arkan Almodon" and send you a weekly report
What we commit to
- Listing is free
- No commission for the seller: the buyer pays, by written agreement
- Renting out: commission is 2% of the annual rent, max. JOD 1,000; who pays it is agreed in writing before any viewing
- Professional photos and a video reel of your property
- A dated verification badge after our inspection
- "Exclusive light" option for 60–90 days, and you may still sell it yourself
- A weekly report on enquiries and viewings
- No upfront costs and no viewing fees
We publish no property before your ownership or written authorisation is confirmed and a written marketing agreement is signed.
