Partner-office programme
We are building an exchange with visible prices and a dated verification status, and we welcome licensed offices that work to the same standard.
We are accepting expressions of interest from licensed offices. There are currently no partner contracts or partner listings.
Programme principles
- A valid licence in the Department of Lands and Survey register, checked at admission and every year.
- An inspection protocol for every listing under Arkan's verification standard; we re-check every fifth listing ourselves.
- Commission shared 50/50, within the legal commission cap.
- Client protection by timestamp: the client belongs to the office that registered them first.
- Fair-fee code for enquiries via the exchange: rent up to 2% of the annual rent, no viewing fees.
- Enquiries about a partner's listing go to that partner only.
- Commission share paid within 7 days of the title transfer at the Department of Lands and Survey.
- No fees for partner offices in the first year.
