What we take care of
We carry out every task on the owner’s behalf, professionally and with specialised teams:
- Photos, videos and adverts of the property
- Advertising paid for by us
- Managing the property's online pages, if any
- Full responsibility for letting
- Checking the tenant before the contract is signed
- Taking a cash deposit and guarantees from the tenant
- Following up water and electricity bills and making sure they are paid
- Handover to and from the tenant
- Following up all repairs
- Representing the owner in official and tax matters
- Full financial management of income and expenses
- Providing security and/or on-site management
- Legal follow-up for the owner if a case goes to court, coordinated with a licensed lawyer
Fees
- Letting commission within the legal cap: 2% of the annual rent, max. JOD 1,000.
- Management fees depend on the service – ask for a written offer.
- We work with a written management contract that sets out services, fees and term.
