Verification standard
Our verification standard: what the status badge on each listing means
Every listing carries a status badge with a date. The badge tells you exactly what we checked, when and who did it. We never show a badge whose conditions haven't been met.

Rules we keep
- The real posting date stays visible. We never "bump" listings to look new.
- Sold or rented properties move to the archive with no contact option.
- One property = one page. We never publish the same property twice.
- The price is always shown on every listing, with the price per m² where available.
- No paid ranking: order is by verification level, then freshness, then completeness.
- We review every report and correct or remove within 24 hours.
- Map locations are approximate (area level); we never publish an exact address.
Legal basis
Instructions No. 1 of 2021 for real-estate offices (Art. 14(1)(b)) set out the duty of an office to verify the information and match it against the records of the Department of Lands and Survey. The verification levels show you, for each listing and with a date, how far we have got with that.
